Time to get 3D for Screen Golf? GOLFZON Real

Ah… golf, it is interesting to watch it, but I feel like I haven’t reached the right age to play golf seriously or even play it for a hobby. Golf simulation experts GolfZon (Representatives Young Chan Kim, Won Il Kim) revealed GOLFZON Real the next generation of the screen golf, which is attracting much attention.

It is the 3rd generation of golf simulation that perfectly revived the real environment of the golf courses, 200 researchers working hard to develop it for three years with $12 billion investment. The system is geared with Cry Engine 2, the worldly known converged development engine. Real images of golf courses in Korea and foreign countries were shot from the air and were applied to the system. Its accuracy has been tested professionally.

From just presenting the real image of the golf courses, they actualized OB and hazard line, utilized the weather forecast and wind direction information for each hole to revive the actual field environment. And also they applied the tip up time, weather, wind, and time change kind of natural elements to the graphic.

Accurate rounding is enabled by strengthened ball analysis and caddy function. And it is expected to fulfill both fun and convenience with various game modes support, replay function, and course research function.

Young Chan Kim, the representative of GolfZon, said, “GOLFZon will be the next leader of golf culture with the 3rd generation of golf simulation product GOLFZON Real, which perfectly revives the actual golf courses based on the high technology.
